Yes. Upper West Side is part of our Manhattan service area, and the same crews cover it: three crews of two technicians, all our own employees rather than subcontractors.
We install and repair intercoms and door buzzers, access control, security cameras and commercial door hardware. Same-day repair is available where the schedule allows.
Call (646) 820-9799 and you will speak to a technician, not a salesperson.
Yes, and we deal with the managing agent directly.
For common-area work a board normally wants to see camera positions, how long footage is kept and who can view it, plus our certificate of insurance for the building file. We supply that up front, which is usually the difference between approval at the next meeting and approval three meetings later.
The site visit is free and the estimate goes out the next day.
On a building job the number of units is the main thing that moves the price, so we count them on site rather than quoting from a phone call. If the wiring turns out worse than we expected after you have accepted the estimate, we absorb it rather than issuing a change order.
New installations carry 1 year on parts and labor. Repairs to an existing system are covered for 3 months.
